How do I fix my mouse pad/touch pad on my Toshiba laptop?


I ascendantly clicked on something, and now my mouse pad won't let me click on things, it just moves though! how do I fix it?

Macbookproblems 		Try plugging in an external mouse, the touch-pad on my laptop is broken and when clicke it locks on, so i have to use an external mouse. When i plug it in it stops the mouse being held on. Other than that make sure you have tried turning your computer of and on again (removing the battery when its off) to completely reset the system. Also make sure the touch-pad isn't stuck down (my mates mac book pro touch-pad got stuck down, he had to flip the computer upside-down and give it a hit to get it unstuck :P ) If none of that works for you, you could take it to a computer shop to try and get it repaired or attempt it yourself although new touch pads are quite expensive :(

My touch-pad has been broken for some time and i just use an external mouse, works fine for me. Hope you figure something out, and this answer helps :)
